Our core team has more than 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. We are an authorized distributor of AMSEMI (Anhui Anmei Semiconductor), operating a diversified channel model combining authorized distribution with spot inventory, and have served 200+ industrial customers cumulatively. We distribute Beijing GigaDevice (GigaDevice) 32-bit MCU, China Resources Microelectronics (CR Micro) power devices (MOS/IGBT/SiC), Magnachip MOSFET and IGBT, Anhui AMSEMI protection devices, and Shenzhen HOPERF Microelectronics (HOPERF) CMT-series isolators — among which the Foldback (commonly called "Snap-back" or "回扫") TVS is our core product line for BMS protection-board MOSFET blow-out prevention. We serve customers in energy storage, PV, industrial control, BMS, consumer electronics, medical and power industries.

About HOPERF CMT-series isolators
HOPERF (Shenzhen HOPERF Microelectronics) is one of the earlier domestic developers of digital isolators. The CMT series uses silicon-dioxide (SiO2) capacitive isolation, with isolation withstand covering 3kV~5.7kVrms and certified to UL1577, DIN VDE V 0884-11, CSA, CQC and TUV. It covers four product families: general digital isolators (CMT812X / CMT804X / CMT826X, up to 150Mbps, CMTI up to ±250kV/μs), isolated interfaces (CMT1042 isolated CAN, CMT83085 isolated RS-485, CMT810X isolated I2C), isolated gate drivers (CMT8602X / CMT8603X, 4A source 6A sink), and isolated sensing (CMT1300 and other isolated amplifiers / Σ-Δ modulators). About AMSEMI -N Foldback TVS
AMSEMI (Anhui Anmei Semiconductor) is one of the domestic manufacturers mass-producing Foldback (Snap-back) TVS; its -N series is a leading domestic low-clamping TVS option: three power classes — 3000W SMDJ**CA-N, 5000W 5.0SMDJ**CA-N and 8000W 8.0SMDJ**CA-N — all in DO-214AB (SMC), certified to AEC-Q101 automotive grade. Across the three classes, at the same voltage rating the VBR and maximum clamping voltage Vc are identical; only the surge current Ipp differs, so upgrading from a lower-power class to a higher-power class needs no board change. At the same voltage rating, the -N series clamping voltage is about 20% lower than a conventional 5.0SMDJ (for example 5.0SMDJ75CA drops from 121.0V to 96.8V for 5.0SMDJ75CA-N), while VRWM, VBR range and Ipp are exactly the same as the conventional part, so replacement needs no board change.
Beyond TVS, the AMSEMI portfolio also covers rectifiers (STD) / fast-recovery (FRD) / ultra-fast-recovery / Schottky (SKY) / bridge rectifiers, ESD, diodes and small-signal devices. Per the manufacturer plan, AMSEMI added a MOSFET packaging & test line in 2026, and medium/low-voltage MOSFET will become its main product line in 2027, combined with TVS for the BMS market (per the manufacturer's formally released datasheets and official announcements).
